Bullet

Terms of Service

Bullet mobile app and website · Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Bullet mobile app (published on the App Store and Google Play as Bullet Bet Predictions) and of our website bulletpredictions.com, both provided by Bullet Bet Predictions ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, or by using the website, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use them.

The essentials

1. What Bullet is

Bullet shows football fixtures, standings, statistics, news, videos and predictions: probabilities and suggested markets computed by a statistical model from historical data and public odds. The content is provided for information and entertainment only. Bullet does not offer betting services, does not accept wagers, does not process payments and has no relationship with any bookmaker. The "personal slip" in the app is a private note kept on your device: it places no bet.

On a match page you can also vote for what you think will happen. Votes are anonymous, are shown only as aggregate percentages, and are a game between readers: they are not a prediction of ours and carry no weight in the model. We may reset or remove votes that appear automated.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

3. No guarantee, no advice

Probabilities, stars, tips and slips are automated statistical outputs. They are not advice, not a recommendation to bet and not a promise of any outcome. Past performance of the model does not predict future results. Odds shown in the app are indicative values collected from public sources and may be outdated or differ from those offered by any operator. Data can contain errors, delays or gaps. We do not warrant that the app, the website or their content will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error‑free.

4. Your use of the app and the website

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal and non‑commercial use. You agree not to:

We may limit or block access from clients that violate these rules.

5. Content and intellectual property

The app, its design, its texts and the model outputs are ours or licensed to us. Team, league and competition names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. News and videos belong to the sources indicated and are linked or summarised under their terms. The app is built with open‑source components, used under their respective licences; the list is available on request at the address in section 14.

6. Advertising

The app is free and supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob and its partners according to the choices you make in the privacy form, as described in our Privacy Policy. Advertisers are third parties: we are not responsible for their products, services or websites.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or any part of its content at any time, and we may require you to update to a newer version to keep using it. We do our best to keep the service available but we do not guarantee it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including financial losses from bets placed with third parties, arising from the use of the app or of the website, from reliance on its content, or from the unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

9. Third‑party services and links

The app contains links to other services (Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, the app stores, news sources). Their terms and policies apply when you use them. The same goes for the apps and services you share content to — the messaging app, social network or e‑mail you pick in the share sheet is theirs, not ours. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store from which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Videos are played inside the app with the YouTube embedded player. By playing one you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; how Google handles the related data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to bulletpredictions.com may open Bullet directly on a device where it is installed, and show a page of our website otherwise. Shared links are public: anyone who receives one can open it.

10. The website

Our website presents the app, hosts these terms and the privacy policy, and serves the pages that a shared link opens when the app is not installed. It is provided for information only, under the same terms as the app: no guarantee (section 3), no liability beyond what the law allows (section 8), and it may change or be unavailable at any time (section 7).

11. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or the website change; the date at the top identifies the version in force and significant changes are announced inside the app. Continuing to use the app or the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always available at bulletpredictions.com/terms.
